Rebecca Korang

Rebecca Korang is a freelance artist from Berlin. In 2017, she completed her Bachelor of Arts in Dance at Kingston University in London and has since been working in freelance projects with a focus on dance, theatre, performance and cultural education. In 2020 she founded the feminist theatre collective Thesmophoria together with 8 artists. Until 2021 she also worked as a street social worker at outreach gGmbH, where she focused on empowerment for children and young people who have experienced racism. Since then, she has worked with various youth groups such as Act e.V. in the course management of the Active Player group at Heimathafen Neukölln, and gives workshops with a focus on anti-racism, diversity and empowerment.
